This is a book that explains the higher ordination precepts and is equally important for both aspirants and ordained monks to study and follow. This is the English translation of the Sinhala edition, prepared by Sri Sinharaja for the Sri Chandawimala Dhamma Treatises Preservation Board (Sri Vinayalankararamaya, Pokunuwita). The Board gave its permission to translate; its review of this first edition is in progress, and corrections are welcome. Every paragraph carries the Sinhala original behind it, and the key Pali terms are marked.
