Publish a physical book without printing a single copy in advance
Free to register, free to list. You set the price and keep the rights. We print each copy when it is ordered and pay you a royalty on every sale.
- Step 1
Tell us about the book
Title, author name, description, category, language. Five minutes.
- Step 2
Upload two files
Your print-ready interior PDF (A5 or A4, fonts embedded) and a cover image. We check them on the spot and tell you exactly what to fix if anything is wrong.
- Step 3
Choose format and price
Pick paper and cover finish from what our printers support. See the printing cost, platform fee and your royalty per copy before you decide.
- Step 4
Preview and submit
Choose which sample pages the public may see. Confirm you own the rights. An administrator reviews it, usually within two working days.
- Step 5
Sell, earn, repeat
Readers order, a Sri Lankan printer prints that copy, a courier delivers it, and your royalty accrues. Paid monthly to your bank account.
File requirements
- Interior: one PDF, portrait, A5 (148 × 210 mm) or A4 (210 × 297 mm), optionally with 3 mm bleed on every side. 24 to 800 pages. Every page the same size.
- All fonts embedded. Sinhala and Tamil fonts especially: without embedding they print as boxes. In Word choose Save as PDF with "ISO 19005-1 (PDF/A)"; in InDesign export with "Embed all fonts".
- No password or security settings. Images at 300 dpi for sharp printing.
- Cover image: JPG or PNG, portrait, at least 1000 px tall. A full print cover PDF (back, spine, front) is optional; our printers can build a plain wrap from the front cover.
Money, plainly
Your royalty = selling price minus printing cost, platform fee (20%) and payment processing (about 3.4% + LKR 50). The wizard shows the exact rupees for your book. Example: an A5 black-and-white paperback of 200 pages prints for about LKR 680; sold at LKR 1,500, you earn about LKR 269 per copy. Royalties become payable 30 days after delivery and are paid monthly once your balance passes LKR 2,000.
