Refunds and Returns Policy

Books are printed for you
Because each copy is made after you order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Please check the format and sample pages before ordering.
Damaged, misprinted or wrong
If your book arrives damaged, misprinted, with missing pages, or is not the book you ordered, tell us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We reprint and resend at no cost, or refund in full if you prefer. You do not need to return the faulty copy unless we ask.
Not delivered
If the courier cannot deliver after two attempts and the parcel is returned to the printer, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. If your address was wrong, a redelivery fee applies. If the parcel is lost, we reprint or refund.
Cancelling
You can cancel for a full refund until the printer accepts the job (usually within 24 hours of payment). After that the book is being printed and cannot be cancelled.
How refunds are paid
To the original payment method through PayHere, within 5 to 10 working days of approval. (Legal review: Consumer Affairs Authority requirements on refunds and displayed prices.)
