Copyright Complaint and Takedown Process

If you believe a book listed here infringes your copyright, email [legal email] with: your name and contact details; the book's title and link; the work you own and proof of ownership; a statement that you believe in good faith the listing infringes; and your signature. We acknowledge within 2 working days, suspend the listing within 5 working days where the complaint is credible, and notify the author, who may respond with evidence of their rights. If the parties do not agree within 14 days, the listing stays suspended until a court or written settlement resolves it. Repeat infringers lose their accounts. We keep a record of every complaint and every file download by printers, which is available to a court.
